Notable Terms
- This form is to be used for:
- Candidates in process prior to implementation
- Rogue hires made directly by Hiring Managers
- Executive hires that require direct submission
- Other situations where the candidate needs to be submitted directly for hire
- It is not intended to replace the full workflow of the platform, and should not be used to circumvent the tool
- There is no markup to the Employer on any hire
- There is a 1% processing fee that comes out of the Agency's placement fee for all hires where the Candidate is submitted after the Employer's implementation of RecruitiFi
- The 1% fee charged to the Agency is waived for hires made where the Candidate was in-process prior to the Employer's implementation of RecruitiFi
- When applicable, taxes are applied based on the Candidate's work location
- Hires made through this tool may not appear accurately in the reporting
