The Solution

Consolidation - Prior to using RecruitiFi, Accenture managed their agency contracts and handled recruiter communication through a variety of mediums. RecruitiFi consolidated her contracts and her communication with recruiters to a single platform, eliminating inefficiencies and improving their time management.

Lower Costs - While Accenture brought on their legacy vendors and used them to make placements, they were also able to harness the power of the RecruitiFi community to hire candidates at a flat fee of 14%. This lowered their overall cost of recruiting, saving them thousands of dollars.

New Talent Pools - Accenture was used to receiving the same candidates from their recruiting agencies. RecruitiFi’s community of expert recruiters was able to introduce them to new pools of untapped talent pools, as well as effectively double the amount of quality candidate submissions they received.
