The Situation
Flex-N-Gate started as a small aftermarket car parts shop in 1956 and slowly grew into a national original equipment business specializing in the highest quality plastics, metals, and lighting. As one of the premier companies in the automotive industry, Flex-N-Gate sought to attract the best candidates to staff their organization.
As the leader in their industry, Flex-N-Gate was left them with a common problem seen by industry leaders around the world. They were uninterested in active candidates, who were invariably the same recycled candidates that they had already seen and rejected in the past. Flex-N-Gate thus came to RecruitiFi seeking to be presented with pre-vetted, passive candidates.
