The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company is an industry leader in the lawn and garden market. They manufacture and provide do-it-yourself lawn, garden, and home protection products in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. This means that their name and products are known throughout the world, and they needed someone who had worked with managing global brands in the past to assist them in their efforts.
Saira Hayat was a Harvard Business School graduate who had worked previously managing Reckitt Benckiser’s brand. She was seeking a change of scenery, a role for which she could infuse her knowledge and experience in order to elevate a global brand to a higher level. That is when she was contacted by a RecruitiFi recruiter.
